# THE APX METHOD™ — Cookie Notice
1. Rule
The Cookie Notice must match the actual production website. Do not publish generic cookie promises.
2. Cookie categories

3. Preference center requirements
- Reject and accept should be similarly visible.
- Non-essential scripts should be blocked until allowed.
- Withdrawal should be as easy as acceptance.
- Consent state, version, timestamp, and category choices should be logged where appropriate.
- Arabic interface required for Egyptian consumer launch.
4. Pre-launch scan
Run a production network/cookie scan for Cloudflare, authentication, Google, Paymob, analytics, fonts, embedded videos, error tracking, consent tools, and support tools.
