# THE APX METHODâ„¢ — Master Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms govern use of APX accounts, LMS access, learning materials, live sessions, support, and related services. Purchases are also governed by the Terms of Sale, Product Schedule, Refund/Cancellation/Scheduling Policy, Privacy Notice, Recording and Media Policy where applicable, and the checkout snapshot accepted for the order.

2. Adult-only service

APX is for adults aged 18 or older. A person under 18 must not create an account, purchase, attend a session, submit tasks, or provide personal data through APX.

3. Accounts

Accounts are personal. Customers must keep login credentials confidential and must not share access, resell access, copy the course into another system, or allow another person to attend under their account.

APX may suspend access where necessary to protect payment integrity, learner safety, security, intellectual property, or platform operations, subject to mandatory law and fair review.

4. Educational nature

APX is an English communication and executive-presence education service. APX does not guarantee a job, promotion, visa, exam score, immigration result, medical outcome, psychological outcome, or acceptance into any external institution.

5. Customer responsibilities

Customers must:

• provide accurate account, country, billing, and contact information;
• attend live sessions on time where included;
• complete tasks honestly;
• respect APX instructors, staff, and other learners;
• use APX materials only for personal learning;
• avoid recording, redistributing, scraping, cloning, or reselling APX content;
• comply with the checkout and session rules shown before purchase.

6. APX responsibilities

APX will use reasonable skill and care to deliver the purchased entitlement described in the Product Schedule and checkout snapshot. APX may improve non-material interface, sequence, hosting, support, or delivery mechanics while preserving the substance of purchased access.

7. Third-party services

APX may use providers for payments, hosting, email, video meetings, recordings, analytics, security, storage, and support. APX is responsible for its own configuration and vendor choices, but third-party outages may affect timing or availability.

8. Changes

Future changes apply prospectively. APX must not silently rewrite the terms attached to an already accepted order. Each order should preserve the legal release, product version, price, checkout copy, and accepted documents.

9. Mandatory law

Where these Terms conflict with non-waivable law, the non-waivable law prevails.
