# THE APX METHODâ„¢ — IP, Acceptable Use, and Community Rules

1. APX materials

APX owns or controls the original course materials, scripts, slides, workbooks, videos, diagrams, exercises, assessments, rubrics, software, branding, page designs, and other original APX content.

Customers receive a limited, personal, non-transferable learning licence during their entitlement period. They do not buy ownership of APX materials.

2. What customers must not do

Customers must not:

• share accounts;
• copy or download materials except where APX expressly allows;
• redistribute, sell, publish, upload, or teach APX content as their own;
• remove notices;
• scrape the LMS;
• reverse engineer the platform;
• record live sessions without permission;
• use APX content to build a competing course or commercial training product;
• harass, abuse, threaten, discriminate, or exploit other learners/instructors.

3. Ideas vs expression

APX does not claim ownership over general facts, public linguistic concepts, common English phrases, grammar rules, or abstract teaching ideas. APX protects its original expression, arrangement, materials, brand, and confidential methods where legally protectable.

4. Learner submissions

A learner owns their original speech, writing, and personal submissions. APX may use them internally to provide feedback, assess progress, improve the service, handle disputes, maintain records, and comply with law.

Public use of identifiable learner content requires separate consent or release.

5. Enforcement

APX may suspend or terminate access for serious misuse, piracy, fraud, harassment, safety risk, or security abuse, subject to mandatory law and fair review.
