1. Who provides APX
THE APX METHODâ„¢ is currently presented as an Egypt-based educational communication service operated by Ibrahim Mohamed Ibrahim Abdelmeguid trading under the brand THE APX METHODâ„¢, unless a later published notice identifies a registered successor entity for future transactions.
APX must not describe itself as a company, academy, university, accredited CPD provider, medical provider, psychological provider, speech-language pathology provider, or government-approved certification body unless that status is verified in writing and published accurately.
2. Business registration and tax status
The final business registration number, tax card, VAT status, eReceipt/eInvoice status, official activity description, and public business address are pending Egyptian lawyer/accountant confirmation.
Until those details are confirmed, this page is not launch-ready.

4. Educational scope
APX provides English communication, pronunciation, fluency, word choice, grammar, speaking functions, executive presence, practice, feedback, and educational assessment.
APX Diagnosis is an educational communication-performance assessment. It is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, neurological, therapeutic, or speech-language pathology diagnosis.
5. No external accreditation
A Certificate of Completion confirms completion of APX program requirements. It does not represent external accreditation, CPD recognition, university credit, government certification, immigration testing, professional licensing, or regulated language-test status.
6. Mandatory rights
Nothing in APX documents excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer, privacy, tax, labour, electronic-signature, intellectual-property, or other mandatory law.
