# THE APX METHODâ„¢ — Terms of Sale

1. Purchase model

APX products are sold as one-time purchases. APX does not use subscriptions or automatic renewals unless a future product explicitly says so at checkout.

2. Prices and currency

The price shown at checkout must come from the canonical APX Product Catalogue for the applicable product, country/region, currency, and version. The checkout amount, legal product schedule, order snapshot, receipt, CRM, dashboard, and refund ledger must match.

Taxes, VAT, exchange rates, payment-provider charges, eReceipt/eInvoice treatment, and currency rules require accountant confirmation before live launch.

3. Order formation

A customer order should be formed only after the customer:

1. selects a product; 2. sees the product name, price, currency, core entitlement, access period, refund/scheduling summary, and legal documents; 3. confirms age 18+; 4. accepts the required contract documents through an unticked checkbox; 5. separately chooses optional consents where relevant, such as recording, marketing, promotional media, or cookies; 6. clicks a payment button that clearly states payment obligation.

4. Payment verification and activation

APX access activates only after server-side payment verification. A browser return page, screenshot, bank notice, or unpaid payment attempt does not activate access by itself.

APX must verify payment amount, currency, order reference, status, and provider signature before creating paid access.

5. Confirmation

After verified payment, APX should send a durable confirmation containing:

• customer/order identifier;
• product purchased;
• amount and currency;
• price region;
• access start rules;
• legal release/document versions;
• receipt/invoice route where applicable;
• support route;
• refund/scheduling route.

6. Country availability

APX may restrict checkout by country where legal, tax, payment, privacy, sanction, or operational requirements are unresolved. Unsupported countries should be blocked server-side.

7. Mandatory rights

Refund, withdrawal, defective-service, consumer-protection, chargeback, and statutory remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded prevail over this document.
